Conditions for Scholarships and Waivers
The main purpose of Scholarship/Award/Waiver is to open doors of opportunities for the meritorious and needy students from the diversified community to study at Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology and thereby enter in the realm of higher education to earn higher academic degrees successfully without facing situations demanding crossing of high financial hurdles.
CAT 1: WAIVERS ON ADMISSION FEE
- 50% Waiver on Admission Fee for All Programs.
CAT 2: GENERAL SCHOLARSHIPS (Based on SSC & HSC or equivalent result)

CAT 4: WAIVERS FOR SMUCT GRADUATE
3.2 Conditions for Scholarships and Waivers:
General scholarships:
- The scholarships are for all newly admitted registered students and are applicable at the time of admission.
- Scholarship holder has to maintain SGPA of 3.00, at all levels in all the semester. His/her scholarship will be discontinued if it falls below the required SGPA. However, the scholarship will be continued at the rate enjoyed previously if in the corresponding semester exam, She/he can achieve SGPA 3.00 again.
General Conditions for all Scholarships/Awards/Waivers:
The following conditions apply to all kinds of scholarships, awards and waivers as the case may be.
